Eric had to work for his birthday. He had to cover the Hootenanny Fundraiser in Park City. It was ok though cuz there was a mechanical bull and a delicious BBQ. Plus, the dress code turned out to match our attire for later that evening- the Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt concert. (Eric's always wanted to see Lyle perform.) I loved it too if that even matters. Both guys up on stage acoustic style with the most handsome voices. I didn't know John wrote a bunch of songs for Bonnie Raitt and Emmy Lou Harris. (some of my favorites.) If you get the chance you should listen to them. So of course-we went home with inspiration to pull out the guitar and uke:)

i watched the video of him singing and all i have to say is i LOVE his hair! I haven't seen you in a while. so sad we missed ya for the amazing race. how's work going?
What does your husband do?? You are always having so much fun. I love it.
